Clinical Mental Health Counselor,
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I can help you work towards the real issue right away and help you start feeling better from the first session. First thing I want to say is that I am so sorry your heart is feeling a consistent pain...This pain is very important to me and I am here for you. We can make it.
A broken heart is the root of most individual and relationship problems. The brains job is to reduce pain and numb the heart. I believe that you can learn all the coping skills in the world, however, if your heart is broken, those skills usually will not work. Once the heart feels soothed and understood then the mind may accept new solutions and skills.
If you are looking for Couples/Family Therapy, I can help your relationship discover harmony, trust, teamwork, and feelings of closeness. We will do this by first creating emotional safety, setting up boundaries, and learning how to speak "to" each other, rather than "at" each other.
Having personally overcome my depression and anxiety, I can help you feel validated and understood. I know the pain and emptiness these issues cause. I would love to work with you and help you start feeling better. Call or email so we can begin our journey, I am here for you.

I'm here to help you rediscover hope and find confidence in who you are. I know that facing anxiety, depression, or trauma can feel like a heavy burden, and I want you to know you’re not alone in this journey. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your challenges and begin working toward finding the peace that you have been seeking.
I’m committed to help you see yourself as you truly are—capable, worthy, and whole. Whether it’s rebuilding self-worth or navigating difficult emotions, I’m here to be your advocate, guiding you as you take steps toward a happier, more fulfilled life.
I have a special place in my heart for those of us who struggle with self-love. Self-love is a rather difficult thing to acquire. Having worked on this myself for several years, I can help you personally find it. You are worthy of love, and you are valuable.
I look forward to starting this journey together. There’s always hope, and I’m here to help you find it. You can do this. Let’s begin our journey.

Owen Spencer (He/Him)
Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor
My number one concern as your therapist is to provide you with a safe space to work on your most difficult problems. I will always be respectful, sensitive, and compassionate. I care about you and understand the enormous frustration you are feeling about having a problem that persists no matter what you do. I believe lasting change and wellness are possible for people with complex and severe problems. I have learned that most unwanted behaviors and symptoms can change quickly when the obstacles that prevent wellness are properly understood and addressed.
In my own life, I have personally experienced severe trauma, chronic mental health symptoms, heavy loss, profound grief, hopelessness, disabling medical problems, and extreme relationship stress. I know what it’s like to feel helpless, to suffer horribly, and be unable to heal. I can help you identify and resolve the underlying causes of your distress.
My approach combines modern psychotherapeutic methods with ancient Buddhist strategies for alleviating suffering. I encourage you to contact me without delay. I am ready to help you.

Dale Payne (He/Him)
Associate Marriage & Family Therapy - Intern
I am here to help you begin to feel hope again regardless of how dark or difficult your current situation may be. I believe that everyone has the ability to look forward and begin to take steps to better their lives. We can do this by outlining what steps and skills we can learn together to make this hope a reality.
At times, we may need to just sit and process what we are feeling. I am here to provide that safe space for you, where we can just sit and feel these feelings together.
I believe connection and understanding really brings a deeper kind of healing that outlasts most coping skills. Therapy doesn’t need to be a place where you only talk about your problems, it can be a place where you can connect, feel heard, valued, and ultimately move forward.
I look forward to working with you, please text, call, or send me an email and I would be privileged to join you in your journey.

Mindy Johnson (She/Her)
Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I want you to know that I’m here with you as we navigate through the tough experiences that may have left you feeling judged, labeled, or dismissed. By sharing these challenges with someone who genuinely cares, we can uncover the patterns behind them and find new ways to heal—not just for today, but for your future too. I’m committed to being here with you every step of the way, supporting you as we work through this together.
I understand that emotions are often unfairly labeled as “bad” and pushed aside, hoping they’ll disappear on their own. But they don’t vanish; instead, they can grow more intense and overwhelming. My role is to help you gently navigate through these feelings, uncovering their connection to your present situation.
Together, we’ll create a safe, empathetic space where your voice is not only heard but cherished. I’m committed to walking with you on this journey of self-discovery and emotional healing, where your experiences truly matter and finding peace is a shared goal.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I am here to help you begin to accept how wonderful of a person you are and who you can become. I believe that you are a wonderful person and that we all are. However, we tend to reject ourselves and that can create feelings of depression and anxiety. We can achieve self-acceptance by first discovering where this rejection came from and making small adjustments to the way that we view our worlds. I have a very special place in my heart for those who struggle with pornography addiction. I can work with you to remove shame and guilt and free yourself from the cycle of addiction.
For couples, I can help you connect with each other to create a loving and supportive relationship where you can both grow together rather than grow apart. We will begin by creating a safe space to have difficult conversations and learn how to be accepting and vulnerable with your partner.
I would feel privileged to get to know you and begin our journey together. Please contact me via phone or email to begin.

Chelsee Wells (She/Her)
Licensed Massage Therapist
I want you to know that my focus is on creating a space where you can truly relax, realign, and feel better in your body. Our emotions—whether it’s stress, sadness, trauma, or guilt—can often get stored in our muscles and tissues. My goal is to help you release these feelings, so you can find comfort and safety in your own body.
I genuinely believe that when your body feels good, it helps pave the way for healing your mind and heart. Integrating massage sessions into our work together can be incredibly helpful. If you choose to have a session before therapy, it can set a peaceful tone and clear your mind for our time together. If you prefer to come in afterward, it can be a soothing way to unwind and affirm your emotions.
I’m truly excited about the chance to work with you in a space where we can focus on both your physical and emotional well-being.
